These terms govern use of KartVantage, a Shopify app operated by Ewebster Infotech. By installing or using KartVantage, the merchant agrees to these terms on behalf of the business operating the connected Shopify store.
The service
KartVantage lets merchants configure cart rules, publish supported Shopify checkout validations, and add compatible guidance and offer blocks to an Online Store 2.0 theme. Storefront guidance is advisory; supported Shopify Functions provide authoritative checkout enforcement.
Initial pricing
The initial KartVantage Core release is provided free of charge. It has no subscription, usage-based charge, one-time app charge, paid feature unlock, or external payment requirement. We will disclose and obtain any approvals required by Shopify before introducing a future paid offering.
Merchant responsibilities
- Use KartVantage only for lawful business purposes.
- Keep Shopify accounts and authorised-user access secure.
- Test rules and storefront blocks before publishing them.
- Ensure messages, offers, products, and restrictions comply with laws and policies applicable to the merchant and its customers.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or interfere with Shopify, KartVantage, or another merchant.
Availability and changes
We work to keep KartVantage reliable, but availability can be affected by maintenance, Shopify, themes, networks, and third-party services. We may improve or change the service while preserving merchant rights and complying with Shopify's requirements.
Intellectual property
Ewebster Infotech retains its rights in KartVantage, including its software, design, and documentation. Merchants retain ownership of the rule content and other material they provide, and grant us the limited permission needed to operate KartVantage for their store.
Disclaimers and liability
KartVantage is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing their store configuration, customer communications, and legal obligations. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Ewebster Infotech is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service.
Suspension and termination
A merchant may stop using KartVantage by uninstalling it. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect merchants, the service, or Shopify, or to address unlawful use or a material breach of these terms.
